Shipping & Handling

We ship most orders within 7 business days.

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

There is free shipping on orders of $85 and over. For orders below $85, there is a flat shipping & handling charge of $10.

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. You will receive a tracking number when your order has been processed.

We are not responsible for missing or lost items due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Damaged items
If your item arrives damaged from shipping, please take a photo of the damage and contact us so we can send you a replacement. If we request the damaged item to be returned to us, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped to addresses in California are charged sales tax.

Sales tax is not collected for orders outside of California.

Returns

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If there is any problem with your order, please contact us so we can make it right. 

You may return any unopened and unused items for a refund within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that any shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

Returns are not accepted on any custom or special orders.

We recommend that you use a shipping method that includes tracking for your protection. We cannot issue refunds for lost return shipments. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the original item arrived damaged or if you received the wrong item.

Once we receive your items in good condition, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.  We will email you a confirmation. It may take some time for a refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

Exchanges
Currently, we are not set up for exchanges. The best way to make sure you get what you want is to place a new order and return your original items as described above.
